Fun Lemon Tip!

Did you know that the peel of a lemon not only tastes amazing but also has tons of amazing nutrients?  The peel contains 5-10 as many vitamins as lemon juice and is a surprising source of calcium, potassium, fiber, beta-carotene, and magnesium. Here’s a great way to make yummy use of those body-loving vitamins.

  1. Wash whole lemon well (organic is best!)

  2. Freeze lemon

  3. Store in freezer.  Take out to grate on soups, salads, fruit, etc.
